“Among those who are contesting for the Senatorial election in Akwa Ibom Northeast Senatorial District, the best is Rt. Hon (Dr.) Emaeyak Ukpong. I am saying this because I know he has a vast wealth of experience as a federal legislature. He had been in the federal House of Representatives in Abuja where he represented the good people of Uyo Federal Constituency in 1999.

During his time, he brought a lot of infrastructure as part of his Constituency projects. If you won’t mind I can name some of them. It is Dr Emaeyak Ukpong that brought water project to Eman Ikot Eboi in Uruan local government area. He replicated same across the four local government areas of the federal Constituency including electrification projects. This is just to mention but a few.

“Besides that, Dr. Emaeyak Ukpong is the most qualified in terms of academic qualification, experience as a former member of the National Assembly, a former Council Chairman, a former University lecturer, a former chairman of ASUU, and so on. So, Uyo people can not make the mistake of not electing someone who would be regarded as a ranking Senator in the Senate”, Hon (Eng) Ime Mbom said.

“I will vote for him and I will also urge all the good people of the Senatorial District who want the best for our people to vote for him. So far, I thank God for the overwhelming support he’s enjoying in the Senatorial District across party lines. Dr Emaeyak is loved and cherished by people even outside of the APC. Everyone knows him to be eminently qualified in terms of maturity and otherwise for the 2023 Senate job”

Earlier in his speech, the Senatorial hopeful, Emaeyak Ukpong had assured the Uyo Senatorial District Elders that if voted to represent them in the Senate next year, he would ensure the implementation of his lofty ideas for the people.
