The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), His Excellency, Alhaji Umar Ganduje has said that he remained in charge of the ruling Party at the moment.
The former Kano governor stated this while addressing a Coalition of APC Support Groups at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja a while ago.
He said “I am the National Chairman of APC. I Am in charge”.
It would be recalled that the National Chairman’s Ward executives had penultimate week, suspended Ganduje, hinging their decision on the need for the APC boss to go and clear his name of corruption charges leveled against him.
Meanwhile, the APC has presented a Certificate Of Return to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa as the official Party Candidate for the 2024 Governorship polls in Ondo State.
