The National Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Northwest Zone, Hon. Abubakar Sadiq, has begun empowerment for youths of the region.
According to a release from the youth leader’s office, signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Mohd Lamir, the program which is aimed at empowering about 10 (ten) youths from each local government area of the Northwest zone, is in conjunction with the Jigawa State Youth Leader of the party and the National Directorate for Employment, NDE.
The release reads: “Following the Efforts pushed by the APC National Youth Leader, Northwest Zone to secure empowerment from National Directorate of Employment (NDE), the empowerment will reach 10 youths from each Local government of the Northwest states and it was flagged off today in Jigawa state.
“The NDE, Jigawa state office, in collaboration with The office of Jigawa state APC Youth Leader, Alh Haruna Shuaibu, disbursed N10000 (Ten Thousand Naira) to 270 youths in Jigawa state,10 person from each Local government of the state.
The Director of National Directorate Of Employment Jigawa state called on the beneficiaries to make proper utilization of the support given to them”.
Hon Abubakar Sadiq, who is a member of the National Executive Council (NEC) of the party, is also Secretary, APC National Youth Leaders Forum.
