The Zamfara State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has confirmed receiving palliative items from the wife of the President, Her Excellency, Hajia Aisha Muhammadu Buhari.
This was confirmed in a Press Release today, signed by Hon. Ibrahim Muhammad Birnin Magaji,(Danmadamin Birnin Magaji), Chairman, APC Publicity Committee, Zamfara State.
The release reads: “The All Progressives Congress, APC in Zamfara state has acknowledged the receipt of palliatives from the office of Her Excellency, Hajiya Aisha Muhammadu Buhari.
“The First lady explained that the package was to compliment the efforts of the Zamfara State APC Leader , His Excellency Hon. Alhaji Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar ( Shattiman Zamfara) towards improving the lots of the Party Members in the State.
Hajiya Aisha Muhammadu Buhari also acknowledged the strides of some APC major stakeholders in the State in an attempt to make the Party moving despite some obstacles on its path.
“The items according to the state chairman of the party in Zamfara state, Hon. Lawal M. Liman ( Gabdon Kaura) include;
- Rice 10kg 500 bags
- Pef 250 bags
- Maize flour 250 bags
- Maggi 150 cartons
- Oil 100 Jericans
- Groundnut Oil 100 cartons
- Bale of Wrappers 5
- Rice 5kg 200
- China face mask 3 cartons
- 10 bale of blanket
- Sugar 100 bags
“Receiving the palliatives on behalf of the State APC, its Chairman Hon. Lawal M. Liman ( Gabdon K’aura) appreciated the First lady’s gesture , describing it as right step in the right direction.
He said the Party will judiciously utilize the package amongst its teeming members across the State.
