The Governorship Candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in the March 2023 governorship election in Akwa Ibom State, Arc Ezekiel Nya Etok says he has no problem with the Governor of the State, Pastor Umo Eno.
Arc Etok whose vision is social governance, maintained that as a bonafide citizen of the state, he does not or intend to have personal problems with anybody in the state talkless of Pastor Umo Eno.
Reacting to the recent social media comments concerning his electoral case in the tribunal he instituted against Umo Eno who emerged as Governor under the PDP platform in the said election, Etok told this reporter that there is no issue what so ever with the Governor, but his problem is with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
According to him, ” I have no problem with Pastor Umo Eno, but I have a serious problem with the INEC, that is why I must fight for my right”.
” Pursuing my legitimate case in the tribunal does not mean that I have issues with Umo Eno”.
” I am in the tribunal because I know my right and I know what I want. I have evidences that INEC did not give me my correct scores in that election”.
Arc Ezekiel Nya Etok who is a housing expert further explained that if the Governor needs his professional inputs, especially, in the area of housing like he did in the just concluded Akwa Ibom Dialogue, he will continue to do so.
He advised citizens to discountenance media report that he is fighting Governor Umo Eno.
