The Group Chief Executive Officer, GCEO, of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) Mele Kyari, OFR accompanied the Federal Government’s Oil Theft Situation Assessment Delegation to the Niger Delta.

The National Security Adviser (NSA), Minister of Defence and Ministers of State, Defence, Petroleum (Oil) and Petroleum (Gas), Special Adviser on Energy to the President, the Chief of Defence Staff, Chief of Air Staff, and Commission Chief Executive of the NUPRC, alongside other Government security agencies and high-level officials, visited vandal sites and suspected marine-related oil theft facilities in Koko.

NSA and the Minister of Defence affirmed the Government’s will to end oil theft and appreciated the interventions of NNPC Limited and the courageous actions of men of the armed forces and other Government security agencies.
