According to a Social media influencer and commentator on contemporary issues, Reno Omokri who posted on his Social Media handles “Five soldiers were yesterday killed by unknown gunmen suspected to be members of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra as they celebrated the 57th anniversary of the declaration of the defunct rebel Republic of Biafra. I call on Nigerians and theNigerian Army to note that in his belated message, Peter Obi refused to blame or condemn both IPOB or unknown gunmen. In contrast, when he condemns insecurity in the North and Southwest, Mr. Obi never fails to point fingers. That, by itself, speaks volumes. Especially as IPOB had threatened violence yesterday.
