‘As Chancellor of Ibom Patriots, he provided the type of leadership that managed the Akwa Ibom mix admirably. This was not surprising at all, because Obong Bassey Inuaeyen was well known for cultivating friendship across sectors and tribes. Mr B was a leader whose wise counsel I sought frequently. He had a rich depth and will be sorely missed’, Senator Sampson mourned.

The Akwa Ibom South Senator commiserated with the Inuaeyen family and prayed them the fortitude to bear the loss of their great patriarch.
