While Akwa Ibom state is still mourning the shocking departure of her first indigenous Military Administrator, Wing Cmdr. Idongesit Nkanga, Rtd, another prominent son of the State, Air Marshall Nsikak Eduok, Rtd. has passed on.
Our paper gathered from a reliable family source that the late retired officer died today after battling with an undisclosed ailment.
As at the time of this report, neither the bereaved family nor the Akwa Ibom State Government has yet issued a statement.
