5. No SENSITIVE father will approve PALTRY N2B to the Nationsl hospital Abuja for 12 months( with an annual 15 million patients visit) while approving N20 billion for the Aso villa clinic with less than 5000 patients visit annually.
6. No KNOWLEDGEABLE SENSITIVE Father will approve and allocate N980m for the National library while approving N20B for the National Assembly library.
7. No PEACE LOVING Father will approve N327 billion for 15m federal universities(.with over 25m students to cater for) while approving N322B for additional comfort of national assembly members that are less than 500.
