Borno State Government has today hosted the Vice President Federal Republic of Nigeria, Alhaji Kashim Shetima for the breaking of Ramadan Fasting.
The breaking of Ramadan Fasting which took place at the government house Maiduguri had in attendance the state deputy governor H.E Umar Usman Kadafur, Senator representing Borno Central, Senator Kaka Shehu Lawan , Member House of Representative Hon Usman Zanna, SSG, Head of Service, State APC Party Chairman, Commissioners, Special Advisers, SSA and other top government functionaries .
The Vice President who is in the state for a sallah break is upon arrival at the Mohammadu Buhari International Airport Maiduguri was received by the Borno State Deputy Governor H.E Umar Usman Kadafur who represents his boss, Prof Babagana Umara Zulum who is in Saudi Arabia for a lesser hajj ,Senator kaka Shehu Lawan, House of Representative member Hon. Usman Zanna ,SSG, Head of Service, House of Assembly members, Commissioners, Special Advisers, SSA Local Government Chairmen, Politicians and other top government functionaries among others.
